Repurposing Yesterday's Hamburger Buns - GF FRENCH TOAST

How long has it been since I have had French Toast - - probably 2 - 3 years??Last night, we made the GF Hamburger Buns (in loaf pans) and we had some leftover.

We sliced them and made French Toast.  It was YUMMY!!
