1st Birthday Tri-Level Cake

I just made another Tri-Level cake.  (You'd think I'd be getting better at these, but they still take me forever to ice!!)

Anyway, the mother of the 1st Birthday twins sent me a napkin.  They were using this cupcake theme:

She asked that it include lots of cupcakes.  So I made it all a light pink and then started to accessorize:

Gumpaste #1 Plaque, Cupcake on top tier and 1/2 cupcakes on the cake
