Luau Desserts - Mother Daughter Banquet

I was a committee member of our church's annual Mother-Daughter Banquet.  They asked me to take cupcakes to the event.  I did the cupcakes, but of course, I couldn't stop with that.

Top Left Hand:  Mini Banana Cream Pies

Top Right Hand:  Chocolate Cookies with Coconut Flavored Royal Frosting

Bottom Left Hand:  Orange-Flavored Brownie Pops

Bottom Right Hand:  Vanilla Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream

Some included homemade Pineapple Filling

Some of the cupcakes were topped with Pineapple Flowers 

made with fresh pineapple and dried in the oven.
