Pizza Crust Croutons

Since Paige was home sick today, I had some time to play.  As you saw in an earlier post, I made 2 pizza crusts and a batch of breadsticks.  We did not eat all the breadsticks so I decided to make croutons using the left over breadsticks.


I simply: 

  • diced the remained breadsticks
  • put on small Pampered Chef stone
  • sprayed with Olive Pam
  • baked in over on 300 degrees until they were crunchy (this took quite awhile but I already had the oven on for the enchiladas)
  • Voila!  Croutons for my lunchtime salad tomorrow.  Yum!
