Frozen Pizza Crusts = Saturday's Lunch

I wasn't in the mood to cook so I pulled out the pizza crusts I made on Monday when I was home with Paige.



Using homemade pizza sauce, I made a 1/2 ham and 1/2 sausage pizza with small amount green peppers, covered with colby/jack cheese (we were out of mozzerella).  The other pizza was sausage with sauted onion and green peppers, covered with shredded provolone cheese and a few fresh tomato chunks.



Baked it in a  425 degree oven until the cheese melted.




Our first GF pizza was pretty good.  The texture of the crust is different, but it was nice to have pizza.
